Our Story
Exclusive Care Services is young, dynamic and passionate about care and are committed to the highest professional standard of patient-centred care, making sure you and your loved ones are provided with choice, compassion and respect from a small, local and experienced qualified team of carers. Our service offers 24 hours care and support, 7 days a week, to people with chronic health conditions, disabilities, old age pensioners (OAP) and vulnerable children and young people.

Our Care Provisions
We provide specialist care packages to people with a range of needs, such as physical and/or learning disabilities, sensory disability, mental health, dementia, Alzheimer’s and palliative care support. At Exclusive Care Services our key principles of care are to ensure a safe home environment, promote people’s independence, empowerment and choice and ensure people stay connected to their community and loved ones. We provide effective and personalised care tailored and adaptive to client’s needs.
Our Care Philosophy
Our care philosophy and approach is to enable and re-able people so that they can continue to succeed, fulfill ambitions and above all ensure they enjoy life to the full and enjoy the same rights and opportunities as those young people not living in care. We understand how difficult it is to make decisions caring for your spouse, parents or loved ones that need help or support. Our dedicated team will provide you with options while allowing us to support your loved ones that need help either at home or in the community for activities of their choice. Our team shall work with you to formulate a robust care plan that is specific to the needs of your loved ones and flexible for others involved in the family.
Our Professional Carers
Exclusive Care Services is committed to providing the most professional, reliable and friendly carers. Our carers provide support with daily activities such as errands, medication reminder, housekeeping, and personal care and many more tailored to the individual needs of the client and are available for hourly, daily, weekly overnight, 24 hours or live-in services.
Our wonderful carers truly have a passion for providing care and they are our employees, thoroughly screened and DBS checked, well trained and able to respond to clients and families needs in a timely manner. We have a rigorous hiring standard. All our prospective applicants are screened for skills, experience, right to work in the UK, attitudes, and placements to homes.
Most importantly, all of our carers are dependable, warm and caring people. Clients can trust our carers to perform their duties with professionalism and dedication, while they support clients maintain independence and treat them with compassion, dignity, and respect they deserve.
